Before your next trade show

An exhibitor list is not a pipeline.

Most teams can find a list. The hard part is deciding which companies deserve pre-show attention, which contact path is realistic, and which rows should not be touched yet.

01

Too many names
Sales gets hundreds of exhibitors with no first wave.

02

Weak contact paths
The account may fit, but the right role or channel is unclear.

03

Risky outreach
Bad rows create wasted sends, weak messaging, and CRM noise.
What you get

One event.
One reviewed pre-show pipeline.

The first event pack gives your team a focused list to review before outreach, not a raw export.

FAQ

Event intelligence, explained

What is Lensmor, and who is it built for?

Lensmor is a B2B event intelligence platform for field marketing, ABM, sales, partnerships, agencies, and other event-led teams. It helps organizations discover relevant events, evaluate the account opportunity, identify companies and people connected to those events, prioritize them against an ICP, and prepare informed pre-event or post-event outreach.

How does Lensmor help generate pipeline before a trade show?

Lensmor moves event prospecting earlier in the planning cycle. Teams can review exhibitors, public event signals, available Visitor data, company fit, and relevant buying roles before the show; build a focused Target Group; reveal only the contacts they need; and export the qualified list into their existing sales or marketing workflow.

What event and attendee data does Lensmor provide?

Lensmor keeps three evidence types distinct. Exhibitors are companies listed on official exhibitor or sponsor sources. Signal attendees are identified from public professional activity related to an event. Visitors are supplied by Event Organizers or Data Partners when available. These labels show why a record appears; they should not all be interpreted as organizer-confirmed registration.

How current and reliable is Lensmor's event intelligence?

Lensmor monitors more than 160,000 global events, with refresh frequency increasing as an event approaches. Coverage depth varies by organizer, region, timing, and source availability, so Lensmor does not claim complete data for every event. Source labels, confidence context, company fit, and contact relevance remain visible so teams can make informed decisions instead of treating every record as equally certain.

Does Lensmor replace our CRM or outreach platform?

No. Lensmor is the event intelligence and qualification layer before activation. Marketing or sales teams can research events, build and enrich a focused audience, then export selected data through CSV, Excel, HubSpot, Salesforge, Instantly, automation connectors, or webhooks. Your CRM and approved outreach platform remain the systems used for ownership, campaigns, and follow-up.
