November 2026 Trade Show Calendar: 32 B2B Events

A luminous compass connects miniature energy, manufacturing, healthcare and business-meeting scenes for B2B trade-show selection.

Trade shows in November 2026 give B2B teams choices across energy, automotive, electronics, healthcare, manufacturing and travel. This calendar shortlists 32 events that have Lensmor event records and Attendees availability, with organizer-checked dates, locations and a buyer-fit reason for each. Use it to choose where your target accounts are most likely to be relevant—not to fill every week with travel.

The month is uneven. November 3–5 puts AAPEX and SEMA in Las Vegas while Smart City Expo, ISPO and CeMAT ASIA serve entirely different buyers elsewhere. November 17–19 is even denser: medtech, ingredients, additive manufacturing, space and business events compete for the same staff and budget. A calendar is useful only when it helps you say no.

Organizer dates and venues rechecked October 4, 2026; Lensmor selection snapshot: September 29, 2026. Dates are local to each venue. Organizers can revise programmes, exhibition days and entry rules; check the linked official page before booking. Event names link to organizers. Each separate Attendees link opens that event in Lensmor and may require sign-in. An event-linked person or company is not proof of confirmed registration.

This is an editorial shortlist rather than every November event in the product. Buyer-fit notes describe each organizer's market and our assessment of the relevant buying problem; they do not promise any particular company or person will attend.

How were these November events selected?

A Lensmor listing is the starting point, not the final date authority. On September 29, we retrieved the November 2026 event pool with Attendees availability, checked that each selected event had a live Lensmor detail record, and compared its date and venue with the organizer's 2026 page. We then prioritized a clear B2B buyer group, distinct commercial purpose and a practical reason to plan that trip. This left 32 entries from 603 month-overlapping candidates; 593 of those candidate events start in November.

Several database entries describe one visit under multiple names. This calendar counts MEDICA once and notes co-located COMPAMED, and counts electronica once while noting co-located SEMICON Europa. The same principle keeps the shows inside Tech Show Madrid under one entry. These are useful tracks to investigate, not extra trips to inflate the headline.

The organizer check changed the shortlist. The September 29 Lensmor snapshot included a November 2026 record for ALLFORPACK EMBALLAGE PARIS, but the organizer says its next edition is June 29–July 1, 2027, so it is excluded. The 2026 London Build venue is ExCeL London, and Automechanika Dubai is at Dubai Exhibition Centre. The listing snapshot alone would have been a poor travel itinerary.

The product availability flag is also a limited claim. It confirms that the event is represented in Lensmor with an Attendees route; it does not establish an official registration roster, full coverage or a fresh contact for every target account. Check source, edition, identity and relevance inside the product before outreach. For the preceding edition, see our October 2026 trade show calendar.

Pro tip: Save the organizer link alongside each Lensmor event record. Recheck the official schedule when you lock travel and again when you send meeting confirmations.

Which November trade shows fit your buyers?

A planner compares medical, industrial and food exhibition booths against buyer dossiers

Choose the buying problem before the show's reputation. An automation supplier and a hospital procurement vendor can both attend a large expo and still meet almost none of the same decision-makers. Define your target account type, buying role and reason to meet, then use the shortlist to narrow—not expand—the travel plan.

Sell travel or event servicesIBTM World, ILTM CannesDo you need general meetings-industry planners or luxury travel advisors?
Reach financial-services partnersHong Kong FinTech Week, Singapore FinTech FestivalSeparate banks and payments operators from investors, startups and policy audiences.

Pro tip: Sample a small set of target companies before buying a pass. If the companies you need appear only as sponsors or speakers, your meeting strategy may differ from the exhibitor-floor plan.

MEDICA and HLTH illustrate the difference. MEDICA gives a medical-device seller an equipment and diagnostics market; HLTH is better aligned with providers, payers and health-tech partnerships. RSNA is narrower still: radiology and imaging. The larger audience is not automatically the stronger fit.

The same distinction holds in automotive. SEMA emphasizes specialty products and custom vehicles, while AAPEX is a trade-only aftermarket show at separate Las Vegas venues. A supplier can visit both, but the pitch, buyer list and booth route should change between them.

Where do November dates collide?

Overlapping November event dates split travel routes between distinct exhibition venues

The largest planning cost is often the event you cannot cover while attending another. November offers useful clusters, but a shared week—or even a shared city—does not make buyer groups interchangeable.

November 3–5: one Las Vegas trip can cover two automotive markets

SEMA runs November 3–6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center; AAPEX's expo runs November 3–5 at The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. Both concern automotive commerce, but SEMA leans toward specialty equipment and customization while AAPEX targets professional aftermarket sourcing. Give each show its own meeting list and travel buffer. AAPEX registration includes exhibit-floor access to both AAPEX and SEMA; some sessions have separate restrictions. Confirm the sessions you need and allow time between venues.

Elsewhere that week, Smart City Expo is in Barcelona, ISPO is in Amsterdam, CeMAT ASIA is in Shanghai and ADIPEC is in Abu Dhabi. A single team should cover these only when distinct market owners can make the trips worthwhile.

November 10–12: same dates, different technical problems

Electronica in Munich and BrauBeviale in Nuremberg can both appeal to industrial suppliers, but one is about electronics while the other covers beverage production. Enlit in Vienna is a utility and grid audience. Automechanika Dubai and GESS Dubai overlap in the UAE, yet they serve automotive and education buyers at different venues. Treat physical proximity as a logistical advantage only after checking account overlap and registration access.

November 17–19: Germany is a cluster, not a single audience

MEDICA in Düsseldorf, Fi Europe and Formnext in Frankfurt, and Space Tech Expo Europe in Bremen all overlap. Fi Europe and Formnext even share Messe Frankfurt, but ingredient formulation and industrial 3D printing require different buyer lists. IBTM World in Barcelona and Singapore FinTech Festival add further conflicts. Assign one owner per account segment before buying flights; a representative cannot turn venue proximity into subject-matter credibility.

Pro tip: For overlapping shows, compare the number of qualified meetings you can realistically hold—not the total number of events on the itinerary. Include hall changes, city transfers and time to write notes.

How should you prepare for a November trade show?

Buyer research and a venue floor plan lead to a trade-show meeting and documented follow-up

A short buyer list beats a long event list. Start with accounts you would pursue even without a booth. Use each event's organizer page for the current schedule and Lensmor for event-linked research, then confirm whether the person, company and edition are relevant before making contact.

  1. Four to six weeks out: Choose the event based on buyer fit. Review a sample of relevant companies and roles; separate prospects from exhibitors, sponsors and speakers. Check whether the event requires an application, a hosted-buyer appointment or a trade-professional credential.
  2. Three weeks out: Build a meeting request around one concrete problem. For an automation buyer, name the production bottleneck; for a radiology buyer, specify the imaging workflow. Request a time and location that works with the official exhibition hours.
  3. One week out: Confirm the exact venue, hall and badge rules. IAAPA's education starts November 16 while its show floor opens November 17. RSNA's technical exhibits close December 2 even though the annual meeting continues to December 3. AWS re:Invent's expo also ends before the full conference.
  4. Within two business days after each meeting: Record the problem, stakeholders, next step and owner in your CRM. Do not label every badge scan an opportunity; qualify the follow-up against the original account objective.

Pro tip: If you are splitting a week between events, appoint a single person to own each account's next step. The handoff is more important than the number of booths visited.

The economics can be tested before you book. In an illustrative scenario, a $24,000 show budget and eight qualified meetings mean $3,000 per meeting. If better targeting and advance scheduling raise that to 16 meetings at the same cost, the figure is $1,500 per meeting. That is a planning model, not a reported result or a prediction for any listed show. Track actual meetings, qualified opportunities and cost against your own baseline.

Planning inputWhat to recordWhy it matters
Target-account fitAccount, buying role, relevant product or projectPrevents a large but irrelevant event from winning on size alone.
Meeting capacityConfirmed appointments, on-site staff, travel timeReveals whether overlapping shows are feasible.
Access rulesBadge type, expo versus conference days, hall locationAvoids a trip planned around a session or floor you cannot enter.
OutcomeQualified meeting, opportunity, owner and next stepMakes the event comparable with other demand-generation channels.

November has enough high-quality choices to serve almost any B2B team. The useful question is narrower: which two or three events put your offer in front of the right buying role at a workable cost? Start there, verify the organizer schedule once more, and build the meeting plan before the booth plan.
